Meet Dr. Erin Gold, MD
From Family Medicine to the Art of Aesthetics.
Dr. Erin Gold is a board-certified physician in family medicine who focused her training on women's health. She completed her residency at UIC Advocate Illinois Masonic in Chicago in 2013, and went on to complete a year-long fellowship as the very first fellow of the Midwest Access Project, devoting much of her career to helping women navigate their reproductive healthcare.
In 2021, Dr. Gold made the decision to shift her career into aesthetic medicine. The move allowed her to continue her lifelong passion for helping women feel their best, while creating a better balance between her career and time with her two young children. What she has found in aesthetics is a deeply fulfilling extension of that same mission: the joy of watching patients look better, and feel better, in their own skin.
Today, Dr. Gold brings that same warmth and clinical precision directly to her patients' homes through Gold Aesthetics, a mobile injectable practice built on trust, comfort, and natural-looking results.

Dr. Gold lives in Highland Park, IL, the same community where she was born, with her husband and high school sweetheart, Jeff, and their two children, Joey and Charlotte. Outside of work, she enjoys exercise, hot yoga, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
