Botox® Injections

Botox® relaxes the small muscles that cause expression lines, softening crow's feet, forehead lines, and the "elevens" between the brows, while keeping your natural range of expression intact. Administered personally by Dr. Erin Gold, MD, in the comfort of your home.

Treatment Areas

Where Can You Get Botox®?

Botox® is remarkably versatile. Dr. Gold customizes unit placement to your anatomy and goals during your consultation.

10–30 Units

Forehead

The forehead is often the first area to reveal aging. Botox® smooths horizontal lines for a rested, refreshed look.

10–25 Units

Between the Brows ("11's")

Softens the glabella lines between the eyebrows, easing a tired or tense expression into something more relaxed.

2–5 Units Each Side

Brow Lift

Subtle injections above the brow can lift a drooping upper lid and open up the eyes.

5–15 Units Each Side

Crow's Feet

Smooths the fine, branching lines at the outer corner of the eyes that appear with smiling and squinting.

5–10 Units Each Side

Bunny Lines

Softens the scrunch lines that form along the sides of the nose when smiling or laughing.

2–6 Units

Dimpled Chin

Relaxes an overactive chin muscle for a smoother, less puckered chin at rest.

3–6 Units Each Side

Smile Lines

Softens lines at the corners of the mouth that can pull the face into a downturned look.

25–50 Units

Neck Bands

Eases vertical and horizontal neck banding for a smoother, more lifted jawline.

2–4 Units

Non-Surgical Nose Job

Also known as a liquid rhinoplasty, this treatment softens the muscles that pull the nasal tip down when smiling or speaking.

10 Units

Lip Flip

Gently rolls the upper lip outward for a fuller-looking pout, without added volume.

2–4 Units

Gummy Smile

Softens the muscles that lift the lip too high, balancing a smile that shows more gum than gum tissue.

20–100 Units

TMJ / Jaw Tension

Relaxes an overworked jaw muscle to ease clenching, grinding, and related tension headaches.

How It Works

The Science Behind Botox®

Botox® is a purified form of botulinum toxin type A. When injected into a targeted muscle, it temporarily blocks the nerve signals that tell that muscle to contract. With less repetitive movement, the skin above the muscle stays smoother, softening the dynamic wrinkles that form from years of expression.

Candidacy

Are You a Good Candidate?

  • You're bothered by forehead lines, crow's feet, or frown lines that show even when your face is relaxed
  • You're an adult in generally good health, without an active skin infection at the injection site
  • You're not pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently on certain medications that can interact with neuromodulators
  • You have realistic expectations: Botox® softens lines, it doesn't stop the aging process entirely
Aftercare

Caring for Your Results

  • Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for 24 hours
  • Stay upright and avoid lying down for 4 hours after treatment
  • Skip strenuous exercise and excessive heat (saunas, hot yoga) for the rest of the day
  • Give it time: full results typically appear within 3 to 7 days
